I've worked as  a practising Midwife, a Critical Care Nurse, a Nurse Teacher and Clinical Educationalist for a company making life support equipment.

I currently continue to lecture freelance in Communication Skills and Medical Hypnosis at a leading UK University and offer training for  multidisciplinary medical teams in NLP communication skills

I love to sail, or walk the beautiful Devon coastline near my home in the UK. There’s something very special to me about being in the zone where land and sea meet. It’s where I go to spiritually recharge.

When I’m not writing, walking in the hills, or riding the waves, you’ll probably find me designing and making my own clothes. I’m a highly creative soul at heart.
